Speculation is mounting that Glastonbury headliner Jay-Z may be bringing nu-metallers Linkin Park to join him for his Saturday night Pyramid Stage slot at this year's festival.

The speculation overdrive machine sprang into action after it was announced that the rapper will be playing with Linkin Park at the Milton Keynes Bowl the day after his Saturday night Glastonbury headlining slot (June 28).

The performance will be for their 'Projekt Revolution' collaboration and it's the first time that it'll be played in the UK.

With the two gigs set so close together, two and two have been added together to make, well, anything other than four at the moment.

Typically, other names have been mentioned in relation to Jay-Z's Pyramid Stage performance. Chris Martin, Beyonce and Kanye West have all been mooted but it's doubtful that anything will be revealed until the night itself.

'Projekt Revolution' will be performed at the Milton Keynes Bowl on Sunday June 29.
