Fleet Foxes The University of London Union (ULU)

Fleet Foxes

Melodic indie-folk band from Seattle whose refined lyrics and penchant for vocal harmonies have been well-received by fans and critics alike. Describing their music as 'baroque harmonic pop jams', the band signed to legendary label Sub Pop in 2008 and released their eponymous debut record in the same year. Like many alternative US bands, Fleet Foxes have enjoyed most of their success in Europe, with the album reaching number three and going platinum in the UK, as opposed to just scraping the top 40 in the US.
